This is Duke. He is a purebred Catahoula. He is 1 year old (turns 2 November 22nd) He is a sweet boy. But he wasn't trained properly as a puppy. He will need a person with alot of patience and time to work with him. He is terrible on a leash! He is big and very strong. He goes crazy when he sees another dog-but in a friendly way, he is just a big goofy pup that wants to play! He is NOT aggressive. He is great with kids. He will tear up any toy or stuffed animal, dog bed, pretty much anything he can get ahold of. The only command he obeys is Sit. He is very high strung. Sleeps in a XXL crate at night.. Would prefer he go to a home on a farm, or someone with large property, someone that will excersize him regularly! We love him dearly but he does not have the space and we do not have the time to work with him. Located near Saint Helens, Oregon Will make sure he finds the perfect fit, won't rehome him to just anyone.
