SERVPRO® of Medford / Ashland Production Technician Fire/Content Cleaning Technician MUST RESIDE, WILLING TO COMMUTE TO MEDFORD. Medford, Oregon Paid time off, training, and benefits are available. Opportunities for advancement. SERVPRO of Medford/Ashland is a restoration company that specializes in restoring buildings that have been damaged by fire, water, flood, storm, and mold. We are looking for the right person to join our team. Our vision for the right candidate would possess general cleaning knowledge, have a willingness to learn and follow direction, be organized, punctual and exhibit excellent documentation skills, great customer service & communication skills are a must! Minimum Requirements: General cleaning knowledge/skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to lift 25 pounds or more Excellent customer service skills Experience working with cleaning equipment/products preferred Be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid Clean Driver License Must have reliable transportation Desired Certifications: IICRC Certified (FSRT/CCT) Perform cleaning services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met. Support Crew Chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed. Cleaning processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Comply with safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Maintain a clean, safe work area. A typical shift is M-F 8-5, but you may occasionally work after hours.
