Press release from the Oconee County Government: Posted on: November 9, 2020 The January State and Federal Runoff will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021. You must go to your assigned precinct on that day. To locate your assigned precinct, please visit: https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/MVP/mvp.do. Early Voting will be held at the Oconee County Civic Center at 2661 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville GA 30677 beginning Monday, December 14, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. December 14th – December 18th from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. December 21st – December 23rd from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. December 28th – December 31st from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. To request an absentee ballot for the runoff, you may go to the Absentee Ballot Portal at: https://ballotrequest.sos.ga.gov/ and submit your request or you can submit a paper Absentee Ballot Application. Be sure to print, sign and scan back to [email protected]. Or you can fax to 706-310-3486 or mail to P.O. Box 958 Watkinsville, GA 30677. The Absentee Ballot Drop Box for Oconee County Board of Elections & Registration is located at 10 Court Street Watkinsville, GA 30677 directly in front of the Board of Elections & Registration office.
