Local tree care company looking to hire a full time/part time tree workers with experience in tree pruning/trimming, tree removal and stump grinding. See job requirements below. Requirements: -Must be in appropriate physical condition to be able to productively work outdoors long hours in current hot/cold weather -Able to lift/drag 50+ lbs -Driver's license Duties: --Prepping vehicles for jobs, loading and unloading tools, gear and supplies --Performing maintenance on vehicles, equipment and chainsaws/blowers and other small engines --Dragging and loading brush/wood/logs to wood chipper or truck/trailer --Raking and cleanup of job sites during and after tree work is completed --Assisting other crew members with any other related duties as requested by Supervisor --Bucket truck/aerolift/climbing experience (preferred but not required) --Driving trucks with trailers, dump trucks, manual and automatic --Pruning, removing trees under supervision of ISA Certified arborist on staff or designated supervisor by using forestry bucket truck, spider lift or climbing trees Qualities we seek in candidate: -MODERATE to FAST paced worker -Works well with others -Works SAFE and EFFICIENTLY and takes INITIATIVE -RESPECTFUL/COURTEOUS -Follows directions, requires minimal supervision and is WILLING to continue to learn and shares knowledge with others -Reliable, shows up everyday, on time, willing to work long hours, weekends if needed.
