Oasis Luxury Smart Homes Position: Field Service Project Manager QUALIFICATIONS • Proven audio/video industry experience • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to improving the company’s profitability • Independent thinker who is not easily rattled • Management experience • Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Adequate knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise • Team player • Exceptional organizational skills • Positive attitude • High school diploma RESPONSIBILITIES • Install, set up and operate audio and video equipment. • Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout. • Monitor productivity of technician staff to optimize inefficiencies with unbillable time to clients including store time, drive time, parts pick up, inefficient installations, etc. • Advanced client support for Service Department on site and telephone support • On site service calls for clients who are within 90 days of their final installation date to troubleshoot and QC previous installation team • Working with Project Managers to develop performance improvement programs that support long-term goals, such as eliminating go-backs for the same issues amongst different teams, product that continuously has issues, etc. • Manage and optimize re-occurring revenue and packages that add to the company’s profitability • Leading the effort to develop procedures needed to support quality improvement programs • Communicating the strategic vision, scope and mission of performance improvement to all staff • Special projects as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. • Bend/Stoop/Squat • Climb Stairs • Climb Ladder • Push or Pull • Reach Above Shoulder • Open and close doors, drawers • Grasping/Turning • Finger Dexterity • Typing, operation of office equipment • Lifting/Carrying (paperwork, deliveries, files, miscellaneous): Over 25 lbs. – Occasional need (5% to 33% of the time) 20 lbs. – 25 lbs. – Occasional need (5% to 33% of the time) Less than 20 lbs. – Frequent need (33% to 66% of the time) Under 10 lbs. – Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) VISION REQUIREMENTS • Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to complete forms, read and review reports, answer a wide variety or correspondence, view computer screen.
