WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are growing and are looking for an AWESOME person to fill the following position ASAP: “Rug Cleaning Technician” (full-time). We are only looking for individuals with positive attitudes who are timely and have a great work ethic. To be honest, we feel we can train anyone to clean rugs BUT we cannot train someone to show up to work each day with a great attitude and treat our customers with care. This position involves our employees to stay at our rug washing facility to handle the bulk of rug washing, dusting, and a few other miscellaneous duties. Another impotant job task would be handling pick-ups and deliveries for our client's rugs. WHAT DO WE DO? We are a small and easygoing (yet professional) family owned rug cleaning facility located in Mesa. We focus on Residential, Commercial, and Designer area rug cleanings. THE DEETS: We provide high skill training so you do NOT need to be a certified cleaning technician (but certified IICRC Technicians may qualify for higher pay). Pay varies based on experience at an hourly rate during our training/probation period and are then eligible for pay increases immediately after. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude who is timely. Must be professional and outgoing when communicating with our clients. No health benefits available at this time. PTO, sick days, and overtime available. Work hours 9am-Job Completion M-F at our rug cleaning facility. Must meet physical demands of this job and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. SALES background is a plus. Customer Services skills are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
