In this role, you will be responsibility is the enhancement of the customer experience for our Member and Guests during their use of the practice facilities and surrounding areas. This is a pro-active position that continually engages with our clientele in a positive and professional manner while simultaneously ensuring the work environment remains clean and organized. Responsible for providing superior service and maintaining the finest amenities while upholding an atmosphere of excellence.   The ideal candidate will be professional, a team player, and passionate about golf and delivering exceptional experiences. Prior experience in golf operations is preferred. This is a Seasonal position offering from October 2021 until May 2022. The ideal candidate will be able to stay through May 8, 2022. Opportunity to stay on Full-Time after the season is available. JOB DETAILS Responsibilities: Greet and interact with members / guests during their use of the practice facility areas. Clean member / guest clubs while “Walking the Line” of the range set. Ensure that all players arrive to the tee on time. Actively communicate with the Golf Shop, Outside Services and Starter as necessary. Monitor short game areas and pick/replenish balls as needed. Keep work area clean and orderly at all times. Support the designated Range Attendant during periods of increased activity. Assist with member requests as needed. Aid in the setup and execution of all golf tournaments and events. Assist the Outside Service team during high volume periods. Duties may include the following: Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course (including club utility vehicles); Provide services to members before and after completion of play. Maintain familiarity with the Club Calendar and all current / upcoming event happenings. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Required to work in an outdoor working environment – Regularly Exposed to extreme temperatures and inclement weather – Regularly Required to work days,nights, weekends, and holidays. Required to stand for long periods of time.
