Great Job Opportunity with Weidner Apartment Homes! We are now hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at 2 of our properties in Anchorage! This position will split between our Terrace on the Lake property and our Conifer Grove property! If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy working with others and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look no further we have the job for you! This position will answer service requests, get apartments ready for occupancy, maintain/repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify you must have 2 years of building maintenance experience, have strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
