Dock Representative works on the cruise ship docks downtown Juneau, Alaska as a coordinator between ship sales staff, TEMSCO base and Dog Camp. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcoming and gathering cruise ship guests and collecting necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner Maintaining strict timelines for tour operations Effectively communicating with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity Keeping an accurate record of daily passenger counts with ships and TEMSCO Dispatch Communicating with Dog Camp departure times, # of passengers and assisting in collecting Dog Camp waivers.
