Lawn Barbers LLC is hiring for the upcoming 2022 landscaping season. As a company, we specialize in landscape services. In addition, we do other outdoor work such as hardscaping and fence installation. We are a growing company with ambition, and we have a need for employees who would like to grow with us, and are accountable and reliable in order to meet our heavy workload. We perform routine landscape maintenance on hundreds of residential properties in addition to servicing commercial properties. We are based out of Warminster, and we service properties in several communities nearby. We are currently looking for crew members and foremen for both our maintenance crews (mowing) & our landscape crews (mulch, pruning, hardscaping, etc) Experience for crew member role is not required for hire, however experience in these areas will increase starting pay rates. Crew members will learn the best practices for work through training and be expected to work effectively with the rest of the crew after training. It is often the case that crew members take over foreman role after gaining experience. We are looking for employees who fit into our company culture well; which is a culture that recognizes the importance of hard work, communicating effectively, and working as a team to provide the best possible product. We value our customers and our employees alike. Employee schedules can be flexible (part-time and full-time), but must remain consistent. We cannot build a weekly work schedule without having employees that are reliable and consistent. Pay rate for crew members: $13-18 per hour. Pay rate for foremen/crew leader: $18-$23 to start.
