Hello - I just moved to the metro Philadelphia area from a different part of the country - talk about culture shock! I don’t know anyone here, and would like to find someone (or people) to connect with - someone to talk to outside these four walls. Someone to ask for restaurant recommendations, find out about all the different communities & what makes them unique. Someone to explore the city with. It’s awkward to go places and explore all on my own with my “accent” (you people are the ones with the accent, btw!). 😉 I’m a straight 50 yo white male who is kind and friendly but also a little lonely. I naturally get along better with females but wouldn’t mind some golfing buddies of either gender.
