Hi there, I own a beautiful historic property in the middle of a developed area and I'd like to turn it into a wedding venue. It's actually already properly zoned and would just need to go through basic approvals for any new construction, etc. I want someone who has experience in the industry and the capability of building and running a venue. I am absolutely not looking to pay someone to do this- I already own the property and don't need an employee. I am looking for a business partner interested in investing into a venue.
