We are seeking a floor lead to work in a warehouse in the Lenexa, KS area off of 435 and Lackman Road. This position will be overseeing conveyor belts and employees packing products into boxes. Requirements: *Communicate with employees. *Responsible for communicating with Forklift drivers for product. *Make sure lines are started and stopped at start of day, beginning and end of breaks, and stopped at end of day. *Quality Control checks on bags (correct products in each bag, photos of all). *Tracked on white board and reported to on clipboard then handed to Production Manager. *Assess any issues with people on the lines (not keeping up, missing bags) convey to Production Manager. *Keep Conveyor Belts running *Track all conveyor downtime on log. Including reasons (product missing, people leaving, etc.) *Responsible for making sure everyone is in position and has knowledge of their responsibilities for that day. *Set Expectations for every position using The Metrics. *Record and ensure Metric expectations are met or exceeded and turned in daily. *Make sure all SOP’s are being followed by line workers. (posted on the wall by the white board) *Responsible for making sure clean-up is done correctly at end of day (following Daily Closing List).   *Make sure all Products are staged on the wall correctly, while keeping clean and organized. *Make sure all communication goes through Production Manager Hours; Monday - Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm - $17 - $19/hour Questions" 816-470-9060
