Small construction company that is looking for somebody to work for 30-40 hours per week. The person must have experience in remodeling construction doing the following things: painting, tile, framing, flooring installation, electrical, and plumbing. A typical work week is 30-40 hours per week. Hours work depending on weather, season, and amount of current active work that we have. Must be flexible with hours and available to work when needed. No weekend work - only Monday through Friday. Max of 40 hours a week. Applicant MUST have their own vehicle. If you do have your own vehicle, please do not apply. If you do not know how to read a tape measure, please do not apply. If you must have a full-time, 40 hours a week job or can only work certain days, please do not apply. If you are a recovering addict and just quit last month, please do not apply. Position is for skilled tradesman and not just labor. Looking for somebody that is a self-motivated individual with an ability to complete tasks without constant supervision. Position is available immediately.
