Join a great, growing local cleaning company in Springfield! We are looking for a full time evening Floor Care/Project Technician. Monday through Friday, available evenings 6 pm - 2 am or later. This position offers 30-40 hours per week, competitive wage based on experience plus benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and more! No experience required. We will train! Must have valid driver's license/insurance and a clean background check. This Full-Time position starts at $12.50/hour or more (based on experience) with benefits! Purpose of the Role: Execute project and cleaning tasks at the direction of the Project Lead or Project Supervisor with detail and efficiency. Key responsibilities & duties: Follow directions and perform cleaning duties as instructed by the Project Lead. Learn skills necessary to assist and execute projects that include; floor work, carpet cleaning, disinfecting, window cleaning and post-construction cleaning. Be flexible and available with schedule to assist with projects as they come up. Communicate project concerns, issues with Project Lead to ensure smooth completion and execution of projects. Provide friendly and professional communication and interaction when customers are present. Must be able to push, pull, bend and lift 50-75 lbs. Must be able to work on feet; including repeated bending, climbing up and down ladders, squatting and kneeling for hours at a time.
