Compensation: ● Pay: $18 per hour ● Part-time: 4 hours per week (4 hours on Thursdays) ● No PTO, sick pay, medical ● Will honor employee 30% store discount ● Potential for outside marketing; guerilla & events (420 Festival) Job Description: Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced, retail environment, and demonstrate a competitive, bubbly, outgoing work ethic. This position requires travel to Aurora & Denver Colorado on a weekly basis. A successful candidate will be considered to work the 2022 Flyhi 420 festival in Denver. This is the biggest 420 cannabis event in the country. Preferred Education & Experience: ● Customer service or outside sales experience (2 years preferred) ● 21 years of age or older ● Live in/near Denver, Colorado ● Valid State MED Badge ● Must be punctual, honest, responsible, and coachable ● Must be outgoing & professional ● Must be well groomed, and have exceptional personal hygiene ● Must have reliable transportation Duties & Responsibilities: ● Be the face & representative of the Flyhi Cannabis Delivery ● Thursday Shifts: 3 hour pop-ups in store/ 1 hour in field passing out flyers ● Conduct in-store promotions engaging with customers about the service ● Generate brand awareness & hand out flyers ● Provide excellent customer service & build brand loyalty ● Complete daily reports of pop-up data & insights ● Comply with all state laws ● Visit local establishments to pass out flyers
