Role Overview: As the Pinthouse Facilities Maintenance Technician, it is your primary responsibility to keep all Pinthouse Pizza locations running well and looking good. Role Responsibilities: Work with the rest of the Facilities Maintenance Team to plan and maintain the overall good, working order of each pub. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Painting Staining Sanding Sealing, etc. Keep all pub equipment clean and properly maintained HVAC Regualr Maintenance and Cleaning Filter Replacements Clean and Maintain Restaurant Equipment & Appliances: Ovens Refrigerators Freezers Glycol Chillers Cold Tables Ice Machines Arcade Maintenance Fleet Management Taking the trucks/vans in for oil changes etc. Basic maintenance and trouble shooting Forklift Maintenance and Troubleshooting Generate and close out both preventative maintenance and on demand maintenance requests from our management software Additional Responsibilities may include: Plumbing Pump Maintenance/Repair Basic Troubleshooting/Repair Glycol Maintenance/Repair Hot Water Heater Maintenance/Repair Tankless Storage Gas Tile Work Electrical Knowledge/Troubleshooting Low Voltage Knowledge/Troubleshooting Solenoid Valves Temp Controllers Etc. Concrete/Asphalt Maintenance Carpentry/Framing Skills Masonry Work Welding Stainless Steel and Other Metals Sanitary Welding a huge benefit Role Requirements: Min of 2yrs experience with industrial equipment trouble shooting and repair Flexible schedule Current (Clean) Driver's License Own Tools Own Vehicle Smart Phone/Tablet Competency Pass a background check Physical Requirements Primal functions require physical ability to work at location; to stand for prolonged period of time to frequently stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and twist: to lift, carry push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight up to 100lbs; ability to climb ladders; to operate tools and equipment requiring hand movement and fine coordination May be required to travel Computer Competency Excel G-Suite Internet Browser Google Drive Email Personality Characteristics: Detail Oriented Proactive Work Independently Dependable Stress Tolerant Neat Appearance Friendly High motivation/self-reliant Individual performer able to comfortably function within a team
