We are successful family-owned businesses hiring construction manager & Office administrator.
Duties and responsibilities of construction manager:
Daily check on multiple job sites
Able to read blue print & explain to workers
Good attitude working
stage meeting with customer & pick up payments and handed to accounting
Knowledge of construction & minimum two years experience as construction manager
Must have a good phone to take picture's/videos etc etc.
Duties & responsibility of office help :
Able to help with online ad and website update.
Call customer & check on them routinely.
Help with HOA & permit paperwork as needed.
Good attitude working at busy workplace & able to multi task.
Only hiring a non smoker.
Qualifications for both positions:
Speak & understand English and have a SSN as you will be issued a 1099 each year.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Able to multitask and have a good attitude.
-Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work.
