My company has an upcoming conference at in Midtown Manhattan and we'll need a photographer and videography team on March 1st at 8:00AM-4:40PM. More information below.
Photographer:
- March 1st, 8:00AM-4:40PM
Focus on shots of crowds and close ups of speakers as they give talks on stage.
Videographer:
- March 1st, 8:00AM-4:40PM
1 stage only from 8:30AM-10AM.
2 stages simultaneously from 10:15AM-4:40PM with a 1.5 hour break for lunch.
The shot should switch between the speaker and the speaker's slides and be web ready within a week or so of the event's conclusion.
25 sessions total each ~20 minutes, with a few 40 minutes.
Must have prior experience shooting corporate events and/or conferences. If interested, please send along a portfolio/previous work for both photography at a corporate event and videography of a talk at a corporate event. If you only offer 1 service (ex: only videography) then that's ok, still reach out.
