A spot has opened up at a shared lockout in Mid City LA. We are a group of musicians who love having a place to play, store our gear, and make our own. It's a shared space and is perfect if you have weekly band practice and/or like to get away from the family for a bit to work on your stuff during the day. There's a kit, PA, storage area, little desk, lights, etc. It has a furnished feel and lends nicely to 3-4 piece rock bands, drummers, or solo artists who like to record without bothering the neighbors. Month to month with deposit and ID check. I'm available and happy to answer any/all questions to see if we're the right fit for one another. Thanks for your time..
