CDL-A Drivers – Summary: * Inspect tractor and trailer before, during and after your trips. * Properly track and document activities for hours of service compliance. * Accurately record pickups, deliveries and follow company procedures. * Safely load and unload cargo per company policies. * Perform transport services in a safe and efficient manner. * Perform daily quality control check on equipment. * Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition. * Ensure the correct loading and balancing of loads. * Comply with all rules and regulations of the company and DOT. CDL-A Requirements: * Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and DOT Medical Card. * Must have a minimum of one (1) year CDL A tractor-trailer driving experience. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Laborer – Summary: * The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel. * The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb stairs & ladders; reach with hands and arms; talk, hear and smell. * Infrequently the employee is required to work in awkward situations; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch. * The employee is occasionally required to sit. Without mechanical or other assistance, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Laborer Requirements: * Must have a labor background. * Must be able to provide a government issued identification Compensation/Pay Period: * Driver’s: payroll is paid weekly, $24 per hour more or less depending on experience. * Driver’s: Sign on Bonus + Referral Bonuses Available. * Laborer’s: $18 per hour more or less depending on experience. * Laborer’s: Referral Bonuses Available.
