Service dog needs temporary/permanent home

My health has started to decline and I'm not sure if I can care for me and my service dog. I need to do some traveling for business, and it's just hard for me with a dog now, even though she's a service dog. She's very intelligent and has been in my care for 4 years. She helped me with my balance walking and she would alert me as part of her duties. I just need to get my health right without the dog, I feel I might need the service dog, but really I'm just having too many other issues and maybe someone else needs her more than me right now.
