Ultimate Impression is the number one model home cleaning business in North Carolina and we are looking for RELIABLE, DETAIL oriented construction cleaners to work Part Time cleaning post-construction homes YEAR ROUND. *We base our pay off a per contract pay rate based on the square footage of the model, $0.08 per SF. We are looking for people or teams that have construction cleaning experience, including windows (ladder needed for 2nd story windows) and can cover multiple construction cleans weekly in the greater Raleigh, NC area. *Individuals working for our company are subcontractors and must supply their own general liability insurance, cleaning supplies, be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation and must be dependable.
