Handyman Needed
Jobs
Woodfield Ct, Hebron KY
Description
We are prepping our house for sale and have a project list to complete before we do. We figured it might be easier to hire a general handyman than a multitude of subcontractors for our needs. Below is our project list. Project List: 1. Replace staircase balusters and railing. 2. Final sand and prep drywall in garage for paint. 3. Paint garage walls and ceiling. 4. Add grout to a few spots with gaps. 5. Sand a few drywall repair patches in basement. 6. Paint drywall patches to color of walls (we have the paint). 7. Cut and install base molding in a few spots that are currently bare (we have the molding). 8. Remove old flooring in master and guest bathrooms (one giant sheet of vinyl). 9. Install tile and grout in maser and guest bathrooms. 10. Remove old fiberglass shower and faucets in master bathroom. 11. Replace shower with new surround (48x74x34). 12. Install glass shower door into new surround. 13. Install new shower faucets. 14. Install backsplash in kitchen. 15. Paint all interior walls in house soft grey (most are already this color). 16. Prep, caulk, and paint all trim in house white. 17. Replace staircase handrails. 18. Paint staircase trim white (currently wood). 19. Paint entryway bench area white. 20. Paint fireplace mantel white. 21. Install click floating vinyl flooring in basement (molding is already installed). 22. Any other little projects you find along your way that need to be addressed. We estimate this list will take approximately two 40 hour weeks to complete for someone with the appropriate skill sets. Things To Know: 1. We do have a table saw, compound miter saw, tile saw, drywall sander with multiple heads, shop-vac, electric palm sander, and various hand tools on-site for your use. 2. We'll cover all the costs for materials needed. 3. We do have 3 small dogs and a cat on-site. They're affectionate but won't get in your way and can be sequestered to whatever part of the house you're not working in. 4. We work from home in an office, out of your way as well. If you think you're the right person for the job and can start sometime in the next two weeks PLEASE 1. Send us a message with a description of your experience (links, photos, details - the more the better) 2. Availability - when can you start? 3. Desired hourly compensation We'll setup a time to discuss the project with you!
