Looking to pay $30/hr for someone willing and experienced to patch a pipe, likely 23 year old PVC pipe. Precision work that is also gentle because it is brittle and prone to cracking. So it involves drywall cutting/repair in order to diagnose the leak. Diagnosis so far, I can hear an intermittent drip where the hot water goes into the wall, definitely within the wall and not the heater, it happens when it is not raining and faucets are not running.
