We are seeking skilled contractors, to perform work in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas. This is an excellent full to a part-time position for anyone with knowledge of various trades in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. We are looking for someone that can handle miscellaneous projects, repairs, and installations. Multiple job sites are in need of contractors. This is a 1099-Position, all contractors must be willing to sign a liability contract and have a bank account for direct deposits. Payments terms are NET 30. We have multiple sites in need of crews. Must-Have Skills: Be Reliable Excellent Time Management Quality Work Attention to detail Problem Solving Communication Skills Having multiple crews are a plus! Requirements: Proof of Drivers License and Auto Insurance Proof of company registration with the state Proof of Workers Compensation (if applicable) Proof of Liability Insurance Tools and transportation References/ Proof of work
