To the woman driving a Silver Tahoe or maybe a Suburban on State Street near the Walgreens on Lancaster, I followed you out of a parking lot and noticed your brake lights were not working. The third brake light was fine, but your lights need to be fixed. Looked like there was a large man in your passenger seat. Just trying to help.
