Customer Contact Field Representative Veteran Field Management, Inc. is immediately looking for individuals in the Orange County area for PT/FT work as a Customer Contact Field Representative. Our Field Representatives are required to: 1. Make face-to-face contact with customers and have availability on nights and weekends 2. Have a good work ethic, be self-motivated, and possess good interpersonal skills 3. Have an attention to detail and want some flexibility in their schedule 4. Attempt assignments within 3 days of receipt of the assignment. A typical field call conducted by us includes driving to an address, taking a picture of the location, delivering a letter to the addressee and if applicable asking the customer to contact the client. We DO NOT collect money or any form of payment. We DO NOT sell any services or products or represent any type of debt consolidation business. We are the good guys that are providing a valuable service for the borrower and the bank as we help them reestablish communication. The assignment takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a. Reliable transportation (fuel-efficient automobile) b. Minimum 19 years of age c. Background screening d. Computer, Printer, and High Speed Internet e. Digital Camera and a Cell Phone (Tablet is a plus but not required) This is a perfect part time position to supplement your income, with a candidate working around their schedule
