Looking for a Foreman and Crew Chief to run mason crews for backyard and swimming pool construction. We have 10-15 crew members. You will work alongside the crew to ensure quality work is being completed in a timely manner. REQUIRED - 7-10+ Years Experience. - Speak Spanish and English. FOREMAN / JOBS SUPERVISOR / CREW CHIEF - Complete masonry tasks to build out project - Concrete, pavers, deck tiles, drainage, bbqs, block walls, retaining walls, footings, etc - Supervise and manage crew members - Ensure crew members are following protocol, show up on time, work hard, etc - Train crew members - Teach crew members skills to improve their quality and speed of work - Oversee Multiple Jobs - Ensure work is being completed to plan in a timely manner - Staff and oversee all jobs for quality and timely implementation - Hire and fire crew members - Train and discipline crew members - Schedule mason crews REQUIRED SKILLS: - Decking (Pavers, Concrete, Stone) - Concrete finishing - Forming - Tile - Coping - Ledgerstone - Natural Stone - Outdoor kitchen / bbq Call or Text: David (949) 244-8442
