Description

Technician will be working primarily in Orange County and Los Angeles County areas. Requirements: High-end knowledge in all aspects of the trade. • 2+ years of experience. • Must hold a valid EPA certificate. • NATE certified (not required) • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Experience making decisions and problem-solving. • Leadership skills and ability to work as a team. • Advanced customer service skills ‐ must be personable & poses good customer relation skills. • Knowledge of sheet metal practices. • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques. • Ability to detail and draw duct-work • Must be willing to help with installs if needed. • Good communication skills. • Ability to handle physical workload (be able to lift 40 lbs) Benefits include the following: • Competitive wage ( wage rate depends on experience) • Medical insurance. • Company vehicle. • Full-Time Position available • Dental and Vision Insurance • 401K Autumn Air, Inc has been around for over 23 years; it is a fast‐growing HVAC company in Southern California.
