Job Description $5,000 limited time sign-on bonus! Pay: HUB Mileage Pay - 0.45 cpm (avg 2600 mpw) Yearly increase of 0.01 up to cap of 0.50 - Full years of JBH tenure are honored $50 per Live Load stop (5% of freight) $35 per Drop & Hook stop (95% of freight) Avg yearly gross: New hire Average = $72,000 Fleet Average: $75,000 Top 10% of drivers: $83k+ Avg weekly gross: New hire Average = $1,385 Fleet Average: $1,442 Time off / shift: Schedule: Thurs – Mon (off Tues/Wed) or Fri - Tues (off Wed/Thur) Other shifts available but they will pay $5k less annually After 5 years on fleet, drivers can work any schedule outside M-F (will pay $5k less annually) Drivers can pick their start time for the day as long as it is consistent Freight volumes and flexibility allows for drivers interested to work additional days Avg work hours: 60-65 hours/week Position details: No touch Freight Planned to be home nightly All freight is on Intermodal Container/Chassis combination All loads for the day are planned prior to the driver start time Drivers will do a Chicago turn each of their 5 scheduled workdays. This typically takes 11-14 hrs depending on ability. In the event other local shuttle work or moves are required, 12 hr days would be expected.
