I purchased a 2 story older building that the roof leaked for several years. The roof now has been completely replaced recently. Damages are mainly on top floor. No heat. So, Work may need to be done in Late March/April? See attached pics. Looking for an experienced drywall person. This can be done part time weekends if you are presently working for a drywall Company during the week. I only want to hire someone with experience doing this for a long time. Please reply noting your years of experience and availability as well as a very ballpark cost.
