Hi, We have an 8 car garage near the intersection of Harlem Ave & Diversey Ave that needs to be rebuilt. The garage is a brick structure with a flat roof. Some of the wood is salvageable, but the structure is old and damaged due to poor upkeep and extensive water damage. What we want to do is to replace the brick structure with wood framing & vinyl and redo the roof with a pitch that will drain into gutters.
