Skilled trade a plus. Repair general items such as leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, windows, general appliance repair (hoses, etc.), remove/replace locks, patch, sand & paint apartments for new move ins. We have new construction, rehabbed, and vintage properties located in the hottest Chicago, North Side Neighborhoods! Communicate with contractors on occasion. Reports to Head of Maintenance. Friendly, hardworking a must. $20 - $23 per hour. Monday - Friday. 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Opportunity to work additional hours. On site housing offered – save $ while you work!
