Skills involved in job: Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Painting Janitorial Job requirements: Must complete I-9 government form Positive attuite Willingness to learn and be taught Ability/willingness to use a reliable car daily for work, with valid driver’s license and insurance. Ability/willingness to lift 50+lbs Ability/willingness to climb a ladder Ability/willingness to work in a team to complete tasks Ability/willingness to use a reliable car daily for transportation of tools and work material Job pay and benefits: Job security for work from 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday Possible overtime Salary starting at $18.50 an hour (pay to be re-evaluated after 120-days probation period for adjustment) Employer contribution to health insurance Employer contribution to 401K program via matching contribution (maximum max at 4%) Employer reimbursement for car wear and tear based on government reimbursement per mile Possible bonuses (when earned) Paid vacation day (after 1-year of service) Paid sick days Paid company holidays If you have any interest in this job please feel free to send your resume or contact information to [email protected]
