I’m subletting a space at the music garage it’s technically a drum share but I rent 1/2 the room and another drummer rents the other half so there’s only 2 users. There’s enough room for a drum kit and 2 guitars and possibly a singer also. You’d have to look at the space to see if it would work it’s a good size. Rent would be $325 and you’d have to put up a $325 deposit. You’d most likely have near 24/7 access only caveat is the other drummer uses very little time and so would get first rights on whatever time he wanted. I would also pop in occasionally to play flute I would not have anything stored and there’s space to store cases and things. Reply with the size of band and equipment and we can talk about it.
