Driveway fill holes - dirt road

Hi, We have a dirt road drive way, there are some holes due to years of water/rain run off. We would like to fill it, or make the driveway easier to drive. if you have shovel, ground compactor, bobcat, skid steer, have experience with it. Please let us know. we have dirt here as well. thanks
