Looking for fence and deck sub contractor

I'm a fence and deck builder, mainly cedar fences, looking for professional help as my back just isn't what it used to be. I get jobs as far North as Everett and down to Tacoma so someone living in the middle as I do is preferred to keep drive time down. Must be clean cut, have a work truck and be tooled up. At least 10 years experience is a must. I pay by the job on a fair price we both agree on and pay cash upon completion. Please text a little about your experience in the industry. Thank you
