$200 Truck & help needed for 7-mile move from a microstudio apartment

I'm moving across town from the UDistrict to Mt. Baker (less than 7 miles) at the end of the month Feb. 27 and I need someone with a truck and a strong back to help me. This is an easy job that should take less than two hours. I live in a tiny microstudio "apodment" and have very little to move. I was able to move most of my stuff here in a compact car and the only thing that has changed is I now have a futon. I'll be moving from a first-floor apartment right next to the door to another first-floor apartment. Here's a more or less complete inventory of my things: - Light futon made out of particle board + a slightly bulky pad - 2 floor lamps and one desk lamp - Computer monitor and flat-screen TV - 6 or seven boxes containing clothes, shoes, kitchen gear - A wooden desk with removable legs - A portable AC unit on wheels and a fan - An office chair - Area rug My offer is $200, but I'm willing to negotiate for extra if we go over two hours or there are any unexpected complications.
