You will play an integral role as one member of our farm's 3-4 person Production Team. Along with your team members you will be responsible for producing the farm's 35 acres of vegetable crops. You will have a hand in planting, irrigating, cultivating, tillage, and working to bring our farm's crop plan to life and deliver the best quality crops possible to our customers. At times of the year this job will be diverse, but for the months of Apr-Aug you will spend much of your time on a tractor. You will be the farm's primary tractor operator and need to be interested and willing to work until the work is done. When tractor work lightens up in the summer and fall you will join the harvest team. So make sure you are comfortable and excited to work as a part of a team harvesting vegetables all day long. This job is physical. While much of your early and mid season time will be spent on a tractor. You will need to be able to be in good shape to keep up with other farm tasks like moving irrigation pipe, loading fertilizer, and harvesting vegetables. The pay will be between $15-$17.50 depending on equipment and farming experience. This is a seasonal job that will end at Thanksgiving or Christmas depending on your preference. Please contact Noah
