Looking for part time personal assistant to essentially help me do all the things I do not want to do. Superb computer skills and the ability to solve glitch computer problems is a must. Among your tasks, for example, will be using my phone (Android Samsung 21+) to take smart phone photos of my inventory for eBay and management of these items which I place on eBay for sale. I have 100s of items that need to go on eBay and posted to buyers after sale. It will not be uncommon to take dictation as I tell you how to word my entries on eBay or elsewhere. Obviously good spelling is a must. Also need someone skilled in social media. Also have hundreds of items that need to be digitized. I will be reorganizing my garage and will need someone who is fast, careful, and can lift and pull down 20-30 lb boxes. Organizational skills a huge plus. One assistant was with me for 8 years and one for 3 years and both have gone on as they have finished school. You must be a student as I have determined that that works well with my needs and expectations. I anticipate a need for you for about 9-12 hours a week and I am somewhat flexible for afternoons. All work will be done at my home office. Please submit with resume. You will be asked to bring your transcript from school if you are interviewed. You do not have to be an A student but I don't think I would be impressed if you were barely a C student. I live in Mission Viejo. If you live 20 miles away, it doesn’t work well from a gas point of view. Best for someone who lives in the area and is at Saddleback, any Irvine School or CSUF.
