Property manager seeks experienced Spanish style saltillo tile setter, installer for a kitchen, dining room installation (approximately 1,000 square feet of floor space). Will need to be highly experienced to install an octagon shape tile with square insets. Further, will need to prep and "float" a cement base to level out the floor. Property manager provides all tiles and working materials. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED. Rate offered: $25 per hour.
