Functional Beverage Brand seeks Rockstar Lead Brand Ambassador to both execute demos and manage a small field team for our growing local startup in our home market here in SoCal.  Our products are already available in Sprouts, Whole Foods, Lazy Acres, Lassens, etc. and will be launching in Target in May!  We’re growing and looking to align ourselves with the a great Lead BA to both work in field and lead the team in conveying the message of our high-quality ingredients, smooth taste, and focus on function and innovation.  If you’re a people-person, energetic, outgoing, self-driven, and embody a healthy lifestyle, we want to know about you! At this time, our field marketing consists of Grocery Store Demonstrations.  These generally happen on shifts of 10a-2p and 3p-7p on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays in Whole Foods and similar retailers in Los Angeles and Orange County.   The Lead BA is responsible for: Scheduling a team of 2-3 Brand Ambassadors Serving as first contact for the team should any problems arise in field Making sure all BAs have needed supplies Calling ahead to grocery stores in the morning 3 days prior to each demo to ensure staff order up extra product and all flavors will be available during the demo Handling Invoicing Expect to work an average 20-44 hours per month split between 20 flexible hours per month on non-field activities up to 24 hours in field execution If we have the right fit, this role could grow into a Full Time Brand Manager executing additional responsibilities, like managing field marketing in other regions and/or managing social media, etc. This is a 1099 contractor role and mileage will be reimbursed.  Compensation starts at $30/hour.
