Full Time, Monday-Friday, 6:55 am – 3:25 pm Compensation: $18/hr Benefits: United Healthcare Medical & Dental. Company pays for half the cost for employees An ideal Production Worker /Driver possesses the following qualities: Cares about making quality products Works well with team members and respects them Honest Reliable Ability to lift 50 lbs. *Willing to learn and try new things *Willing to be cross trained CA Driver's license with clean 10 year driving record Production Worker/ Driver Roles & Responsibilities: Assemble air filters Work with Fiberglass Staple frames Learn different machines & stations (cross training) Take direction from Production Manager & other leads English Speaking OR Bilingual (English/Spanish) Station maintenance Make deliveries using company truck Go on installs for customers when needed Facility Cleaning (Monthly rotations within the Production team) All applicants must provide the following at time of interview: Current drivers’ license. DMV driving record (H6 Printout which is the 10 year driving record) Proof of eligibility to work is the U.S. About Us Florence Filter manufactures and distributes air filtration products to help keep the air we breathe clean.
