Painting- must know how to paint interior and exterior 4. Concrete- set forms, place, and finish 5. Electrical- must know rough and finish 6. Plumbing- must know rough and finish 7. Demolition- Interior and exterior demolition 8. Tile- must know how to prep float and set tile
