Are you looking for a career in the Window and Door industry? If so, this position is for you! Newman Windows and Doors is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help organize our warehouse.
Under direct supervision of the Director of Operations and Installation Managers the Warehouse Coordinator will support Operations and the Installation Managers by receiving product from various vendors, ordering supplies, daily organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse. Some of the requirements are, but are not limited too:
Maintains minimum and maximum inventory levels for designated materials.
Daily receive, inspect, and inventory vendor deliveries of product.
Document all deliver damage and report to all parties needing information.
Ensure daily open roll up doors and dumpster cage
Participates in staff meetings with Installers.
Monthly inventory of materials in warehouse.
Deliver materials to installers and other locations as needed.
Assist Operations Coordinator with RMA’s and Habitat for Humanity etc.
Monitor and schedule pick up of Habitat for Humanity Bay.
Assist installers with loading of trucks and locating product.
