Description
Layla and Koda are hoping for a miracle so they can stay together.
These two pups found themselves at risk of euthanasia at the Riverside Shelter. Layla had been there for over a month and a half, and Koda was there for a few weeks.
Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue pulled them both to save their lives. They had never met before and went into the same foster home where they have quickly become best friends.
They seem to understand each other's pain and trauma, especially coming from the same shelter. They both were clearly abused but are starting to come out of their shells more and more each day. Their confidence seems to build when they are in each other's company.
We are hoping to find them a home together. They've both been through so much and deserve an amazing home where they can spend their days playing with each other and learning how to be happy, normal pups.
Koda is a four year old lab, neutered and up to date on his vaccines. Layla is a three year old Shepsky mix, spayed and up to date on her vaccines. If you are interested in adopting these pups, please send me a message.
