Male student for local friends

Hi, I'm an 18 year old male student. I've been a home schooled student my whole life and haven't made much friends outside of the ones I make from online video games. It's pretty much become my main way of socializing. And so now, I'm taking steps to meet new people and make local friends. I strongly believe that I should be having a balanced social life. I've barely even talked to any girls besides my own family. So I'm looking for someone who can introduce me to groups of kids my own age around Torrance or Redondo Beach whether it be through high school or college parties, group gatherings after school, or hanging out at each other's house. I do have ID in case you need proof that I'm 18. Just to give some incentive, I'll pay you $20 for each of these outings or give you a video game. It may sound a little sad to have to pay money to make some friends but it's important to me and I saved up a little money from small jobs. And yes, I'm hoping to only hear from other kids around my own age. No weirdos or super old dudes obviously. Besides video games, I like playing drums and sports. Thanks for your time.
