Your duties will include observing boarding cats, and communicating any issues noticed to our veterinarians. Duties will also be cleaning cages, feeding, medicating and caring for our boarding cats. Throughout the day, other responsibilities consist of cleaning all areas of the hospital, tending to laundry, stocking exam rooms, etc. You will also be called upon to assist the feline vet techs with restraining, radiographs, medicating, and other procedures whenever needed. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of experience working with small animals and truly LOVE working with cats. Avimark experience a plus. The position requirements are as follows: Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, compassionate with cats and understanding to kitty parents. We are a small practice and rely on everyone to be a team player! Must work Saturdays and be willing to come in on some holidays.
