Pioneer Road near Whitman Avenue, Phoenix OR

Description

Just found this sweet baby about a half an hour ago on Pioneer Road and Whitman Avenue. Stopped to check on her and she jumped in the back of my van. She was panting heavily and seemed pretty tired. Gave her some water and dog cookies and she is now the Jackson County Animal Shelter. She has on a bark collar, I think a locating tile, and a little red and green rubber present ornament on her collar. The shelter scanned her but did not find a chip.
